Welcome to Manfredi Property Services, a family-run business specializing in small roof repairs and gutter cleaning in Rhyl and the surrounding areas. It’s important that roof repairs are attended to early and that gutters are kept clean and clear to prevent water damage to buildings which can lead to extensive and expensive work if not dealt with. We complete residential and commercial roof repairs and have contracts with local authorities and major companies including WH Smith to install and maintain seagull spikes.
